Intersex Project is a research and artistic creation proposal, created in 2015 on the initiative of the Mexican Intersex artist “Adiós Al Futuro”, in collaboration with various Mexican artists, activists, and researchers. This series of pieces developed in various media share the intersex experience from a perspective that proposes critical and aesthetic thinking that opens the possibility of rethinking the paradigms that close off human possibilities into categories that limit and violate existence.
In 2019 it was established as a non-profit civil association to generate a better articulation of its creative work, founding the NGO Laboratory of Divergent Narratives, to consolidate its artivist work at the national level.
